What
is exactly in your emails packages?
Put simply, in our email packages, we have different categories of emails in
each of our packages. All of the emails were sorted out into categories so the
user could easily pick out their targeted customers.

Will You send out
emails for the customer?
At the moment, We are not providing this service. We are looking forward to
having this type of service eventually.

How do I download your package?
Click the download link for the email package. This will launch the
Windows 'Save as...' dialog box. Select a folder (directory) on your PC to save
the emails in (e.g. My Documents). Once the emails is downloaded, open the
folder where you saved the emails and double-click the icon to start reading.

How do I open ZIP files?
If you are downloading our emails, they are in .ZIP format, you'll
need to have a copy of WinZip to open the file. You can download a free version
of WinZip from
here.
Once you've downloaded the ZIP file, double-click the icon to open it. Select
all the files in the WinZip window and click 'Extract'. Choose a folder to
extract the file(s) to. Go to that folder on your PC and double-click the icon
to open the file(s).

are emails delivered?
Once your secure payment has been authorized (which typically takes a
few seconds), you'll be re-directed back to us. You will be sent to a webpage that will have the link(s) for
you to download from.

How long does it take to download your package(s)?
The speed of the download depends largely on the size of the email
package(s) in question and the speed of your Internet connection. Typically, the
download should take between 1 and 20 minutes.
